چکیده

It is not a mere cold! It suppresses the immune system. Indeed, Bartonella floats in blood and does not cause bacterial infection death and massive fevers. Amazingly, it lowers fevers, in profound contrast to other bacteria. It is stunning that smart top physicians are not taught about Bartonella —particularly special INDIRECT tests to catch over 25 emerging species. Our research has also shown it is a profoundly common bacteria, which relapses on both ten routine traditional and progressive treatments. It is passed to humans by many types of common insects and passes through the mammal and human placenta easily.

آلودگی ریکتزیایی و بارتونلایی در کک انسان (Pulex Irritans)

Background and Objective: Human flea (Pulex irritans) is one of the most important human ectoparasites that transmits various pathogens and causes skin irritation by biting humans and animals. Planning control measures against this vector in various regions requires the knowledge of the pathogens within the vector. Thus, this study was carried out to identify Bartonella and Rickettsia infection...

Optimization condition in labeling of Ofloxacin with 99mTc and its biological evaluation in Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli for infection imaging

Introduction: The use of radiopharmaceuticals is a powerful tool in the management of patients with infectious or inflammatory diseases in nuclear medicine. In this study ofloxacin as a second-generation fluoroquinolone is used to design a desired infection imaging agent after labeling with 99mTc via direct labeling. Methods: Ofloxacin was radiolabeled with 99mTc using di...

Infection of human endothelial cells with Bartonella bacilliformis is dependent on Rho and results in activation of Rho.

Bartonella bacilliformis was continuously internalized into human endothelial cells beginning shortly after addition of the bacteria and continuing for at least 24 h after infection in vitro, with a major increase in uptake occurring between 16 and 24 h. Preincubation of endothelial cells with C3 exoenzyme, which inactivated intracellular Rho-GTPase, blocked internalization of the bacteria. Add...

Molecular identification and phylogenic analysis of Bartonella henselae isolated from Iranian cats based on gltA gene

One of the most important species of the Bartonella genus is B. henselae that causes a zoonotic infection, cat scratch disease (CSD). The main source of the bacteria is cat and the carrier is Ctenocephalides felis flea. One hundred and forty nail and saliva samples were collected from 70 domestic cats. Positive samples for B. henselae were characterized by po...
